Refund and Returns Policy
At The Drip Society, we want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refunds policy below for more information.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your product, and we’ll make it right. We’ll cover all costs associated with fixing the issue if it’s due to a production error.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
How to Return Items
The Drip Society partners with Printful to manage returns. By default, any returns will be sent to the nearest Printful facility based on where your order was fulfilled. However, we offer an alternative: if you would prefer to return your item directly to us, please contact us first, and we’ll provide the necessary return instructions.

Alternatively, if you follow the default Printful return process, the return address is based on the location where your order was fulfilled. We’ll notify you once we receive the returned item, and we’ll take care of the next steps.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments
If an incorrect address was provided during checkout and the shipment is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that you will be responsible for the reshipment costs in this case.
Similarly, if a shipment is unclaimed and returned to us, you will be liable for any reshipment costs.
Health and Hygiene Products
Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as face masks cannot be returned. Once these items are shipped, they are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return a product for any other reason (such as a change of mind or size exchange), please contact us before sending any items back. Returns for buyer’s remorse are handled at our discretion, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs. For size exchanges, we will process a new order at your expense once the return is received.
EU Consumer Rights
For customers in the EU, custom-made or personalized items, as well as sealed goods that have been unsealed, are not eligible for return due to EU consumer protection laws.
